Syd's Birthday Invitations

Sydney couldn't decide what kind of party she wanted this year, so we missed the boat to have her party on her birthday. So when she finally decided, we picked this Saturday for the date!

She told me she wanted to invite her friends over to paint their nails and watch a princess movie and play Musical Chairs!!!! :) Ahh, the simplicity of my girl!!!! :) So we talked and decided it would be hard to watch a 2 hr movie and fit anything else in. So we decided on a "Pamper Party" (for lack of a better name)!! We are going to do nails, toenails and a hairstyle. I have my friends Kori and Ilse and Ilse's 14 yo daughter helping me to do the "pampering". She invited 7 girls, so I thought that was manageable. We are going to do light snacks and then of course cake and ice cream.

Anyway, I wasn't sure how to fashion the invites so I turned to the craftiest, most imaginative person I know and she gave me the PERFECT idea!! THANKS CAREN - what would I do without you?!?!?! :)

I think they turned out pretty cute and she loved them!!! I'll be sure to post pictures of the party next week!! :)
