Well my "baby" met his second grade teacher today! SECOND GRADE?!?!!? Is this really possible? He only has 2-half days left of first grade. Then he's a second grader. Wow!
He will move to a new school, have a new bus driver on a new route and a new teacher. He went today to tour the new school and Mrs. McFeaters will be his teacher. He said she's very nice and he really liked her. Turns out she goes to our church. She must be ok then huh? ;) I'm anxious to meet her.
I just have a lump in my throat thinking about all of this. *sigh* It all goes so fast. I was warned but I just didn't believe it. I do now.

No, he's not allowed to be in the second grade. I just can't handle it ;) I SWEAR just a week or two a go he was getting ready for his first day of KINDERGARTEN!!! How can First Grade already be ending? Seriously, I'm glad he's doing so well in school and already looking forward to next year!!
